Kids are looking forward to showing their parents the ongoing results of our Tower Garden operation. Vite vite however because we only have 10 minutes to visit per family and all the slots are pretty much all full.
A little bit of this, a lot of that... we never stop do we les amis!?! We worked on all the skills today. No rest for the wicked! Kids got the 'pyramide inversée' method pretty much down now. I am proud of them! We keep working on our daily multiplications. Our 'ronde du guerrier' sees more and more kids' hand raised with the right answers indicating that they are already working and figuring out problems above their own grade. Méga les amis (double clap)!
Histoire impromptu...M. Beaulieu started a passage from a science lesson... Dans le noir... and then each kid that I called on had five seconds to continue a coherent story. We had some fun with that and we will be doing more of them. We need to be able to fire back in French quickly. Think on our feet and put strings of French words together that make sense on the spot!!! You did very well les amis! Let's see what kind of story starter I can come up with tomorrow!
Question du jour: Conjugue-moi le verbe manger à l'imparfait, à la première personne du pluriel!!!
