We had a busy day today. We only have one talk show left. Mme. Franz came to work on a special project. Mme. Franz make things happen, she keeps the kids on their toes. It is a beautiful thing. We are also nearing the end of our E.L.A. novels. Kids have to read up to chapter 11 by Monday. We only have a few lessons left in our current science unit. We finished yet another episode of our listening comprehension with 'Astérix et Obélix. We are rolling, rock on!!
We played some baseball in the morning instead of the afternoon today. Kids were scared that it might rain in the afternoon and really did not want to miss a baseball period. You can see the birthday kids today on the left picture. Mackenzie with her serious pose while Kristopher is ready for my special aspirin/fork/submarine/curve ball... Michael displays a textbook 'position baseball'. Rock on les enfants, you are naturals and getting better every day!!!
My Habs lost last night. It hurt, no doubt. Ask Lars Eller... Ottawa has a very resilient team but I hope we can get through them. It's been 20 years... we need a 25th cup... 24 is not enough :) Make sure to cheer for them and all the other Canadian teams. At least, we have to bring the cup back to the country it belongs!
Make a good one les enfants,
Ton prof, signing out!
