Madame Sophie's grade 2 kids came over to share their stories with our grade 4/5 class. Mme. Sophie instructed my class to give two positive feedback and then one thing they could do to make their story better. Is it me or the two boys on the right have the same cool hair? I literally just noticed this.
We are actually working on our third French story installment of our own. We decided today that we would Prezi it up to present it this time around. Mega idea les enfants (double clap!).
We are now officially ready for our second to last math quiz, tomorrow it will be. Oui Monsieur!!! I am also building up our last Quizlet vocabulary quiz. There is still time to give me input as to which filling the blanks French song you would like to use. Please, no more Celine Dion song requests...
Are you ready to have your nostrils tingle les amis??? Thursday is the day. Try to get your parents fired up so they come with us and experience the bounty. They call it black gold down there... once we are passed the first 'station' it will be smooth sailing.
It is Lily's birthday today. As usual, she was wearing our birthday t-shirt and gets first dibs on anything that happens during the day if she so chooses. Lily took full advantage of her special day and was also our 'chapelet' leader today. We are now rolling with our new morning routine. We have a new leader every morning guiding us through the steps via a Power Point on the Smartboard.
Now, the Leafs are out... even though I don't like them much, I cheered for them. I must really dislike Boston :) However, we only have Ottawa left. That would be an epic story if they were to go all the way. Afredsson could retire with peace of mind. Cheer for them as they take on the Penguins!
Sayonara for now,
Ton prof, singing out!
