Today we started the day with a wee bit of cleaning. Indeed it felt good did it not les enfants? We organized all our quizzes, paragraphs, handouts etc. in our folders and we also had some time while the kids were getting immunized to clean our desks. Oh my goodenessssssss, good thing you guys organize your desks daily les enfants... I can't imagine if you didn't :)
I was asked a few times about report cards... Well, I came to school every day over the weekend and finished all 42 of them. With some good French rap on or some Celine Dion classics (NOT!) I get a groove going and get quite a bit done. It is amazing how much one can do without being interrupted by the phone, a dog that wants to play or a student who asks to go to the bathroom :) Report cards will go home next week!
I was on supervision today too so we had some fun with the first melting snow. Kids tried to make the biggest snowmen ever made or tried to bring massive snowballs down the little grassy slope to roll over the fence... it did not happen.
We are rocking out math right now and are ripe for the upcoming quiz this Thursday. We shall then start another Module, oui Monsieur, no rest for the wicked! The social is doing well and lapbooks are being constructed.
Benjamin is the man this week. Visit out main page to know why he deserves this week's star!
Make sure to bring back your Curling permission sheet les amis if you want to tag along otherwise you will have to stay back and do some work... boring... better to go check out the action packed curling event :)
Hasta mañana my young Padawans!
